God, I love my studio at 3:30 in the am ……nothing open, no phone calls , no where else I have to be…..just me, glass of wine and my art therapy. How blessed have I been to have this wonderful thing called art in my life. It’s always been there when I need it. Always the constant that calms the mind.
Find that thing in your life, art, cooking, gardening , crafts, sports…..the thing that while your doing it , you dont think of the stresses in your life , and do it as much as you can.
