Golden, gooey, and just the right amount of indulgent ✨🧀

Baked Brie with Onion Jam & Rosemary

There’s something about warm brie that instantly elevates any gathering — and this one is next level.

Ingredients:
• 1 wheel of brie
• 1/3 cup onion East Van Jam
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary
• Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Place the brie in a small oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Spoon the onion jam generously over the top.
4. Add a fresh sprig of rosemary right in the center.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, until soft, melty, and just starting to ooze.

Serve with crackers or warm bread and watch it disappear.

Sweet, savoury, and effortlessly elegant — your new go-to appetizer.
