This was my watercolor painting, when it was ready to be printed on a mug.

It resembles the neurons in the brain firing. For the longest time, I was obsessed with the human brain and its marvellous structures and tendencies. I do not know when and why I stopped obsessing over it. I would draw the structure of the brain, over and over until I could nail it without looking at one, and I did. I would label them too, just to refresh my memory and ensure that I don't forget them. I don't think I will precisely draw them anymore but time and again, I see myself repeating patterns connected with it in my art. I wanted to make a series of semi-abstract watercolor paintings around the concept of neurons, and I don't know why I keep procrastinating.

I should start drawing again without thinking about the outcome, and how it is going to look on my feed (sighs).
