Finished another piece today, been working on this on and off for a few months now but very pleased with the final out come. No idea what it is but nice to look at. All scrap of cuts of wood glued in square stacks then a lot of sculpting and sanding.

Funny how different people see things in pictures, my mum saw this round piece and immediately said lovely horse, can't unsee it once you have seen it, gifted it to her after that and now sits proudly in her home.

Bespoke piece finished for a very good friend, 16th century oak beams from local restoration project set in clear resin, mounted on twisted 25mm steel rope and wrought iron frame on top of cast iron radiator, Stunning conversation piece, 👌👍

Latest couple of pieces, went back to one of my first creations for inspiration using a colour palette that I really liked.

Today I made the base for a reversible resin top I made a while back, the top now needs a bit of re finishing but I am very pleased with the base and definitely enhances the top, I will post again when It's properly finished.

I had a clear idea what I was going to do with this canvas so clearly that all went wrong very quickly, brushed that all through and that created the background of this piece. With the paint I had left mixed and that had spilt of the original concept I used a palette knife to scoop it up an throw it on the background. Added a few techniques together and ended up with this very busy piece, there's a lot going on but I think works well, puts me in mind of the sea bed and fish swimming, it's funny how everyone sees different things in pieces and how the mind likes to create order out of the chaos.
