Beautiful boy Rupert is very sadly a memorial piece. He was a much loved member of the family and is very much missed 🌈

Black cats can be tricky to photograph and to draw but I really love the challenge of drawing black cats.

At this stage in the drawing I'm still working across all of the areas and darkening and tweaking as I go. Even though there are many pencil layers of black I'm sure it fades overnight!

I've still got so much to unpack and I came across this piece today and it made me smile ☺️

I drew this not long after I started drawing as I felt sorry for all the brightly coloured pencils that never got used 😆

I really enjoyed drawing this using all of the lovely pinks and blues and meant to draw more in this style.

🐘🐘 my Nellie 🩷 🐘🐘

I had such fun drawing this gorgeous elephant.

This was a super quick sketch with Bonny Snowdon. She was drawn with a very limited colour palette under 3 hours in a sketchy style which I find really hard to do.

I'm pretty pleased with how she turned out.

Me being me I could easily sit for the next 2 days tweaking but I'm not going to 😁
