This morning at BNI Prince Imperial, we had a brilliant 8-minute presentation from Vincent Curry of Receipts & Rewards 📱🎯
Vincent spoke about how businesses can use digital loyalty solutions to strengthen relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business, all without customers needing to hand over lots of personal data. A simple QR code system allows customers to collect loyalty rewards quickly and easily, while keeping privacy front and centre 🔒
Some really interesting statistics shared this morning:
📊 It can be 5–25x more expensive to win a new customer than retain an existing one📊 Businesses have a 60–70% chance of selling to an existing customer, compared to a much lower chance with brand new customers📊 Customers will often actively change their spending habits to maximise loyalty rewards and benefits
Vincent also demonstrated how businesses can:✅ Send offers, vouchers and messages directly to loyal customers✅ Reward people who refer their business✅ Encourage more Google reviews through automated review requests✅ Even fully white-label the platform with their own branding and App Store presence 📲
