Woolly Thoughts Woolly Thoughts started, in 1994, as a book about making sweaters, jackets and other garments using mathematical methods. The possibilities are endless.

Using these techniques, garments are guaranteed to fit regardless of the yarn and needles used. Since then our work has gone in may different directions. To many people, we are now best known for our large-scale knit and crochet wall-hangings. (You can find these on our main Woolly Thoughts site)

We are also well-known for teaching Maths using unusual methods. Some of our work has been bought by the Science Museum (London).
