Been to Tenbury Wells Regal Theatre tonight to witness the great John Lennon Tribute UK show. The first half was pure late Lennon with all the attributable emotion, as you might IMAGINE. Then the second half was Beatles stuff which had everyone Twisting and Shouting. Catch this guy and his band if you can. Instant Calmer.

Tiny we**ie little wax vestas tin. Obviously purchased from the Railway Station. This was donated to my collection recently and I was staggered by its age and condition. I have other vesta cases, but this is so " Workaday" !! Very rare and lovely thing.

George Best was a Football player I'm told. I don't follow Sport. But he was a bit of an Icon too. He had boutiques and shares in several breweries. 🤪 His forays into the fashion world are interesting, and it seems very few examples remain. I just got this tie, and very nice it is too.

In response to recent enquiries, the Museum is open for the rest of this year and ALL OF NEXT. This enforced closure is breaking our hearts. Thanks to everyone for their sympathy. Sorry... nothing is for sale.

Other Museums may have Royal Doulton. They may have Poole and Troika. But few are brave or is it foolish enough to have in their China Collection the kitsch souvenirs you may have regretted parting with. Or regretted buying in the first place.
