I am happy to share the final publication from the FeedSax zooarch offering. We tried to look at archaeological data in a new way, without using periodisation but time spans of fixed length.
This resulted in some interesting developments in widely accepted timings of the Medieval animal economy. Plus it is open access. Yay! I hope you enjoy it

It was great to be at the world draft cattle symposium at Lauresham open air laboratory this weekend. Zooarchaeologists, historians, curators, farmers and vets were amongst the presenters for a truly inspiring insight into how draught animals should be part of a more sustainable future.
