Happy New Year everyone ✨

What a beautiful way to start 2026 ✨ our founder made the cover of Lifestyle - Ones to Watch in 2026. We are so grateful to the Voice Newspaper for this huge honour ✨

“MYVANWY EVANS-DAVIS
There’s not enough space to tell you why this very special, award-winning young lady was on the Lifestyle cover and why she is on this list but we will tell her story this year, BE SURE OF THAT. The founder of Louder Than Words, the UK’s only Black female-led non-profit cultural communications agency, she’s spent the past decade working to make culture more inclusive, ethical and representative. Founded in the aftermath of the 2011 uprisings, the agency has now engaged more than five million young people through creative, environmental and educational programmes. Strong year ahead.”

As part of our 2025 round up, we’re spotlighting Julie’s Bicycle, the pioneering non-profit mobilising the power of arts and culture to act on the climate, nature and justice crisis.

Founded in 2007, Julie’s Bicycle has become a global leader in creative climate action, supporting thousands of cultural organisations through Creative Green consultancy, Creative Climate Leadership, and the free Creative Climate Tools that help the sector measure and reduce environmental impact.

This year, our agency is supporting the PR for Julie’s Bicycle’s latest Arts Council England environmental report, helping amplify the sector’s progress and spotlight the essential role culture plays in driving climate action.

Proud to champion an organisation turning cultural influence into meaningful environmental change.

As we wrap up 2025, we’re celebrating an incredible year supporting Indypendent PR across three standout campaigns spanning reggae, gospel house and UK dancehall.

Protoje returned with Big 45, an anthemic salute to soundsystem culture from one of Jamaica’s most influential modern artists. With a SAMO-directed video and production from Winta James and The Indiggnation, the release reaffirmed Protoje’s global impact and visionary artistry.

House Gospel Choir marked 10 years with their stunning sophomore album Love Is The Message, featuring powerful collaborations with Rudimental, Afronaut Zu, Janice Robinson, Joe Smooth and Beverley Knight. A decade in, HGC continues to uplift dancefloors and festival stages with unity, joy and pure sonic elevation.

Big Zeeks pushed UK dancehall forward once again, dropping Toppa Top with Frisco and releasing his long-awaited debut album The Fresh Prince of Harlesden. A cult favourite and community force, Zeeks continues to define a new era of UK dancehall with originality, charisma and energy.

Proud to champion artists shaping culture on their own terms, in partnership with Indypendent PR.

As part of our 2025 round up, we’re spotlighting CSEP Media Lab, South London’s new state-of-the-art creative space designed for high quality podcasting, photography, livestreams and branded content.

Led by award winning filmmaker Dez Mighty and project director Jacinth Martin, the Lab combines professional media production with CSEP’s mission to support inclusive education and community wellbeing.

This year, our work has focused on securing innovative brand partnerships that position Media Lab as a creative home for cultural platforms, delivering co branded content, campaign visibility and elevated storytelling.

As part of our 2025 round up, we’re spotlighting our flagship Arts Council England funded programme Empire Strikes Back (ESB), now preparing for its third edition in 2026.

ESB has brought together emerging multidisciplinary artists with iconic cultural figures including Revolutionary Artist and former Black Panther Party Minister of Culture Emory Douglas, and British Black Panther Movement photographer Neil Kenlock. From the digital launch at Tate Britain honouring Mercury Prize nominee TY’s creative legacy, to public art activations across Tottenham, Brixton, Hackney and Croydon marking 10 years since the UK uprisings, the project has created space for storytelling, protest and community reflection.

Centred on decolonising creative practice, ESB platforms film, spoken word, dance, photography and visual art, connecting voices across generations and the diaspora.

As part of our 2025 round up, we’re reflecting on Blackmale Beats’ powerful single release, a striking social commentary on Black Britishness and Caribbean identity.

Released to mark Jamaica’s 62nd Independence, Endz cuts deep with its soulful drill x spiritual jazz production and razor sharp storytelling. Shot between Jamaica and Brixton, the video (directed by White Negatives) brought the dual realities of the diaspora to the screen with vivid honesty.

The single led into Blackmale Beats’ forthcoming debut album Black Atmosphere, a bold 14 track exploration of post Windrush Britain, featuring voices from across the UK’s underground creative vanguard.

“Blackmale Beats and Bar4Bar land with a serious banger!” – DJ Shortee Blitz

A multi disciplinary South London artist with credits spanning Barrington Levy, Blak Twang, Greentea Peng, Tate, Black Cultural Archives and the British Library, Blackmale Beats continues to redefine the sonic and cultural landscape. This was a special project we were honoured to support.
