We are delighted to share that Dr Caroline Leek from Fruitfly Collective is coming to The Cove to run The Parent Toolshed - a free, supportive day designed especially for parents affected by cancer.

Taking place on 9th July, 9.30am-2.30pm, this practical and compassionate session will offer tools, skills and strategies to help with parenting, especially when energy levels are low.

Topics include talking to children, self-care, feelings and behaviour, emotional and behavioural changes in children, parenting with low energy (including the art of parenting from the sofa) plus resources and signposting for extra support.

There will be regular breaks throughout the day.

Book online with Fruitfly Collective
