The Scottish property sector has always been about more than bricks and mortar.

Last week we were proud to attend the Spifox Glasgow Lunch, where an incredible £152,700 was raised for charity.

It was a brilliant reminder of what makes this industry so special. Beyond the projects, developments and deals are people who consistently come together to support important causes and make a real difference in communities across Scotland.

We're proud to be part of a sector that continues to show such generosity, leadership and community spirit.

👏 Well done to everyone who attended, donated and helped make the day such a success.

🥂 Glasgow lunch season is officially here.

This Friday, the industry heads to the annual SPIFOX Glasgow Lunch — one of those dates that always ends up in the diary.

A room full of conversations, catch-ups, deals, familiar faces and probably a few sore heads the next morning.

The Scottish property industry does networking better than most 👀

If you see the team from the Scottish Property Awards, come and say hello.

We’re proud to introduce a brand new award from the Scottish Property Awards — the Spifox Charity Fundraising Champion of the Year 🏆

This exciting new initiative brings together Scotland’s property industry to support an incredible cause, with this year’s charity partner Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) and their More Than a Hospice Appeal.

Over the next 12 months, companies across the sector are invited to take part in a fundraising challenge to support the redevelopment of Rachel House Hospice — a project that will make a lasting difference to children and families across Scotland.

To make the impact even greater, SPIFOX will match the winning company’s total fundraising amount (up to £50,000).

This is a fantastic opportunity to come together as an industry, support a meaningful cause, and create real change beyond the built environment.
