Hey, I haven’t hardly had time to even be on Facebook for the last couple of months. But for those who don’t know, Guinness is vegan beer.
A few of my successes in the last couple of weeks !
#1. I successfully organized and hosted a huge family reunion /80th birthday party for my daddy that was completely Alpha Gal safe.
#2 . Discovered that Dolly Parton and Duncan Hines have partnered to make some pretty amazing cake mixes that you can easily alter into 95% alpha safe. Not 100% sure of what their sugar source is. But I personally did not react..
#3. Successfully found and purchased our retirement home in Arkansas. My husband and I both grew up in the Hot Springs Arkansas area and we are so looking forward to returning home after our 20+ years careers out of state. — at Chili’s- Little Rock National Airport LIT.
