We were delighted to host our annual summer gathering at Jolie Brasserie, located within the Waldorf Astoria Osaka, which opened in April 2025.

Fifteen members came together for an elegant evening, enjoying exceptional cuisine while sharing stories about their daily lives and professional experiences. The occasion provided a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, exchange insights, and further strengthen the bonds within our community.

Following dinner, participants were invited on a tour of the hotel, where they had the chance to experience the charm and distinctive character of this remarkable new property.

2025年4月に開業した ウォルドーフ・アストリア大阪 内の「ジョリー ブラッスリー」にて、毎年恒例の納涼会を開催いたしました。

当日は15名のメンバーが集い、美味しいお料理を囲み、近況や仕事について語り合う、和やかなひとときを過ごしました。
メンバー同士がそれぞれの経験や想いを共有することで、改めて絆を深める貴重な機会となりました。

また、食事の後にはホテル館内をご案内いただき、この素晴らしいホテルの魅力に触れる機会にも恵まれました。

Our June Monthly Meeting was held in the Okitama region of Yamagata Prefecture.
During this two-day gathering with members of the Japan Concierge Association, we explored the current landscape of tourism in Yamagata and connected with passionate local tourism professionals.
Visits to Kumano Taisha Shrine, Uesugi Castle Historical Garden, Takahata Winery, the Nitta Yonezawa-ori textile workshop, and a seasonal cherry-picking experience allowed us to discover the region’s rich history, culture, craftsmanship, and gastronomy. We also enjoyed exceptional local cuisine and the unique experience of bathing in freshly drawn natural hot spring waters.
The knowledge, experiences, and relationships gained over these two days will help us introduce Okitama as a new and inspiring destination to our guests.
Our sincere gratitude goes to Mr. Minami and the team at Yamagata The Takinami, as well as everyone involved in tourism throughout Yamagata and the Tohoku region, for making this memorable and meaningful meeting possible.
We look forward to sharing the charms of Okitama with guests from around the world.⁡

⁡2026年6月の定例会は、山形県置賜地方で開催されました。
日本コンシェルジュ協会の定例会とあわせて実施された1泊2日の視察・定例会では、山形県観光の現在地を学び、地域への想いを持つ方々との交流を深める貴重な機会となりました。
熊野神社参拝、上杉城史苑散策、さくらんぼ狩り、高畠ワイナリーや新田米沢織工房の見学を通じて、置賜ならではの歴史・文化・食の魅力を体感。さらに、地元食材を活かしたガストロノミーや生まれたての十割源泉の温泉を楽しみ、地域の豊かな資源とおもてなしに触れることができました。
この2日間で得た学びや体験、そして地域の魅力を情熱をもって発信されている観光事業者の皆さまとのご縁は、今後お客様へ新たなデスティネーションをご提案するうえで大きな財産となりました。
Les Clefs d'Orおよび日本コンシェルジュ協会の会員が、この地で実り多い定例会を開催できたのは、山形座 瀧波の南社長をはじめ従業員の皆さま、そして山形県・東北地方の観光に携わる多くの皆さまのご尽力のおかげです。心より感謝申し上げます。

From April 12–17, 11 members from Les Clefs d’Or Japan had the privilege of attending the Les Clefs d’Or International Congress in Sydney, Australia.
It was an inspiring five days filled with reconnecting with long-time friends, making new ones, learning from one another, and strengthening our global concierge network.

A special highlight for us was the participation of Mr. Shuta Takeuchi, who represented the Japan Section as a Young Concierge Award candidate for the very first time.
In the absence of any prior precedent within our section, Shuta approached every challenge with confidence and professionalism, proudly representing Japan on the international stage. We are extremely proud of his achievement and grateful for the new chapter he has opened for our section.
Our sincere thanks also go to Aman Tokyo for their outstanding support throughout his journey.

This remarkable congress would not have been possible without the exceptional leadership, preparation, and hospitality of Mr. Dean McWhinney, President of the Australian Section, together with his dedicated team and sponsors. From the moment of arrival to the very last farewell, everything was flawlessly organized.

After five unforgettable days, more than 500 members returned to their home countries inspired and motivated, ready to welcome guests from around the world at their concierge desks.

From April 12–17, 11 members from Les Clefs d’Or Japan had the privilege of attending the Les Clefs d’Or International Congress in Sydney, Australia.

The February regular meeting of Les Clefs d’Or Japan was held in Hiroshima Prefecture.⁡

With the kind cooperation of Setouchi Joycruise, we had the opportunity to experience a cruise from Mihara City to Onomichi.
While enjoying a meal prepared with an abundance of locally sourced ingredients in the luxurious onboard setting, we spent a truly special time admiring the stunning beauty of the many islands of the Seto Inland Sea under a perfectly clear sky.

On January 14, a joint seminar was held at Grand Hyatt Tokyo under the theme
“The Concierge Network – Our Roles and Responsibilities” co-hosted by Les Clefs d'Or Japan and Japan Concierge Association.
We were honored to welcome Mr. Dean McWhinney, President of Les Clefs d'Or Australia and Zone Director for Southeast Asia & Oceania, as our guest speaker.
In the first session, he shared his valuable insights and experience on the roles and responsibilities we must uphold within our professional network.
The second session consisted of group discussions based on the lecture, where participants actively exchanged views on the significance in our daily work as concierges and how our network should be.

It was a truly meaningful opportunity to reflect on the connections we value so deeply and to reaffirm the importance and responsibility of being part of a concierge network.⁡

講師には、レ・クレドール オーストラリアのプレジデントであり、Southeast Asia & OceaniaのZone DirectorのMr. Dean McWhinneyをお迎えし、第一部では私たちがネットワークの中で果たすべき役割や責任について、豊富なご経験をもとにお話いただきました。
第二部では、その講演内容をもとにグループディスカッションを実施し、参加者それぞれが日々の業務におけるネットワークの在り方について活発に意見を交わしました。
コンシェルジュが日々大切にしている“つながり”を改めて見つめ直し、その価値と意義を再認識する、非常に有意義な時間となりました。⁡
