Garlic Butter Steak Tips with Cheesy Rigatoni 🥩🧄🧀✨
"A hearty dish with tender, juicy steak tips in a garlic butter sauce paired with creamy, cheesy rigatoni—comfort food at its finest!"

Ingredients:
For the Steak Tips:

1 lb steak tips (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Cheesy Rigatoni:

12 oz rigatoni pasta
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Rigatoni:

Boil the rigatoni in salted water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Steak Tips:

Season the steak tips with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak tips for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and butter to the skillet, and cook for another minute until the butter is melted and garlic is fragrant. Remove steak tips and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Cheese Sauce:

In a large saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form.
Add mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
4️⃣ Combine:

Toss the cooked rigatoni in the cheese sauce until fully coated. Transfer to serving plates.
Top with the garlic butter steak tips and drizzle with any remaining butter sauce from the skillet.
5️⃣ Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately for a rich, indulgent meal!
