OFFICIAL NOTICE OF CHANGE OF VENUE

This is to formally notify all eligible delegates, members, and stakeholders of the Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria (ACHPN), Kaduna State Chapter, of a change in the venue for the forthcoming State Delegate Congress 2026.

Please be informed that the venue has been changed from Abubakar Gumi College, Zango/Kinkinau, Kaduna, as earlier announced, to the new venue stated below:

📍 NEW VENUE: Arewa House, Unguwan Sarki, Kaduna.

📅 DATE: Friday, 23rd October 2026
⏰ TIME: 10:00 AM

All eligible delegates, members, and stakeholders are kindly requested to take note of this change and make the necessary arrangements to attend the congress at the new venue.
