Giving the flowers a little rest so I've started working on some garden art.
Every garden should have some sort of mosaic art😁. I took some designs from internet (you could also use a coloring book, scan or photograph the page) used a word document to size them. Now I have two designs and two background shapes🫣
Can't decide yet, so I guess I'll make them all and choose later🤣. I'm making the mosaic stones with perler beads or iron-on beads. I found a whole bag at the thrift store😁. I just cut them to size and glue them on the background. You could try and experimenting with a heat pen, they are for ironing 🤪.

Today I finished the other half of the clematis. I got a little lost in the forest with all those leaves🍃🌿🌱🌿🌱🌿🍃. So for now I call it quits and in a few days I will take an other look to see if I've missed some spots 😁.

My dear lord Kitty Kat, what have I gotten myself into?😹 This is asking a lot of my patience 🤪 And even though I believe it's going to be pretty, I can't help keeping one eye on the pond🫣. The glue keeps shrinking so I think I must redo it with resin. I know it can wait, I need to focus on the clematis first😁. Apparently my brain has ADHD🥳 but my energy hasn't 😅

Oh dear🫣 everyone is choosing the wall to put the clematis on and I have already started 'planting' it against the fence😅. I thought it would be nice to let it peep through the fence. And of course I couldn't wait🤣🤣 So this is the idea😁

Still working on the flowers and planing ahead. I need to decide if I'm letting it grow against the wall or the fence🤔. So I installed the fence today. Once I've decided on the placement, I can start making the vines so I can estimate how many flowers and leaves I'll be needing. Were would you let the clematis grow?

Today I made some more flowers and because it's really intense work I had to keep putting it aside😅. So meanwhile I also started making leaves. I need a lot of those too🫣. It takes me about 20 minutes to make one flower. And here's how I make them.

I think the white color really works well.
Also made my interpretation of lavender.

Might paint it white, but letting it dry for now.😊

They are swimming 😁. Yesterday I put the Carps in the pond. To make sure they wouldn't sink, I put them on 2 pieces of wire. If I'll ever do a water project again, I think I would consider using resin, because the glue is just not completly drying and it also shrinks. Yesterday the Carps were under water, today they have slightly submerged. Which is okay, but not intended and I'm hoping the glue won't shrink any further. The bird feeder house has finally found a place too. I've made this one 2 years ago, so it was time to give it a nice scenery. Now on to a garden bench and some more plants and flowers etc.
