Com a primeira edição em 2016, BINNAR é um festival de arte nascido em Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal. É organizado pela plataforma com o mesmo nome, com o apoio da Câmara Municipal. Agrega várias parcerias e diferentes espaços da cidade (museus, galerias, fundações, escolas e outros) para apresentar um programa que junta artistas consagrados e emergentes. A entrada é sempre gratuita em todos os

eventos e actividades.
