I love blossoming trees, they make my soul happy. We have a lot of of blooms and blossoms right now in Austin, TX area. I enjoyed painting this picture, the original was sold, and the reproduction of this painting was featured in a production of "War and Peace' production in Mariinsky Theater in Saint Petersburg, Russia few years ago.
