"Kristine G. Baker, the chief United States district judge for the Eastern District of Arkansas, ruled that the Ten Commandments Monument must come down. She also found that legislators’ decision to block the Baphomet statue was discriminatory. The temple had asked the judge to either order the existing monument come down or to allow them to put up a statue of Baphomet next to it."

After a legal battle that began over a decade ago, a judge has finally ordered the Christian monument to come down

NEW: We have filed a motion on behalf of West Virginia Citizen Action Group to intervene against President Trump and his efforts to get West Virginia voters’ sensitive data.

State officials were right to refuse handing this information over. Our voting systems are meant to protect us, not serve the president’s political purposes.

We’ll see the administration in court.
