Why so cheap? Well, everything is too expensive right now. We can’t control that, but we can control what we sell in our own gallery. So consider this a small protest and a little whimsical relief from it all.

David is going to murderdeathkill me for hijacking our socials, but by the time he sees this it will be too late.

Today is David’s birthday. So, here’s the thing about David. Every big swing Istari has taken started with some version of a crazy idea we toss around over a bottle of w**e, and his response is always the same.

Start our own little agency? I’m in, we got this.
Move across the country? I’m in, we got this.
Open a shop and gallery? I’m in, we got this.
Clients need photography, voiceovers, copywriting, video editing, design, a shoulder to cry on? I’m in, we got this.

That’s the Istari magic. It’s got a lot to do with a guy who goes all in, full chest, balls to the freaking wall, every single time. Making my dreams come true and hopefully sneaking a few of his own in there too.

Naturally, he’s spending his birthday out shooting client projects. So do me a favor and fill these comments with birthday love before he gets back and changes the password.

Hey. Check this out. The Studio at Istari is now carrying Gracie Jane artisan jewelry in the shop. Jane Stained expertly crafts her beautiful glass accessories right here in Bellingham, with lead-free solder and 935 sterling silver hooks for max comfort and durability. We’re lucky to have a variety of the stained glass options in stock, but only a few of the abalone ones. So get up here before they’re are gone. 🤙🏻 See you in 309.

Brand new art by Sarah Dickinson is now available in the gallery! Her current show “A Glimpse of Nature” has been awesome, to say the least. The community has shown up for her with such enthusiasm. In fact, so much so that she wanted to add a few more pieces as her other work has quickly found homes. So stop by and have a glimpse before they all move into another season.
