Magnolia Sadies Vintage Dancers The Magnolia Sadies is a vintage dance troupe dedicated to recreating dances and entertainment from the early 1900's-1960's. Message us to book today!

In past years, we have danced in Bethlehem, PA at a Hotel Bethlehem Roaring 20’s event as well as the annual Historic Bethlehem Blueberry Festival and Apple Days. We have also performed in multiple events, some featuring Michael Arenella and His Dreamland Orchestra, at McCoole’s Red Lion Inn in Quakertown, PA. A few of our favorite performance opportunities include dancing at WWII Veteran Parties,

putting on feature-length interactive performances including singing at senior living communities, and performing onboard the Intrepid in New York City for the ‘Battle of the Big Bands: 1940s Swing Dance Event’. One of the highlights of our year is participating in the Mid Atlantic Air Museum's WWII Weekend where we reenact as a performance troupe from the USO Foxhole Circuit! We also regularly join the Blackbird Society Orchestra as flappers for their 'Roaring 2022's' parties at Country Clubs, Charity Brunches and more!

Nyxie LaRue!!

Nyxie LaRue first stepped onto the dance floor with a simple goal: to create meaningful memories with her son before he left for college. What began as a shared adventure quickly turned into a passion all her own.

With roots in ballroom, Nyxie has since explored a wide range of dance styles, embracing the rhythm, connection, and joy each one brings. She thrives in the social dance scene where music, movement, and community come together in the most magical way.

When she’s not dancing, Nyxie is chasing her next adventure: kayaking, hiking, road-tripping, or escaping to colder destinations. She loves discovering new cultures, cuisines, and experiences with her family wherever life takes her.

Don’t be shy… ask her for a dance! 💃

Mid-Atlantic Air Museum
We want to introduce some wonderful artists who will share the performance spaces with us.
Jillian began her dance journey as a late teen and immediately fell in love with movement. She was fortunate enough to train on both east and west coasts at studios such as Debbie Reynolds, Movement Lifestyle, Edge PAC, Koresh, and more. She has attended several intensives including Broadway Dance Center’s Training Program with a focus in street styles. Also, Dana Foglia’s mentorship program in which she was able to perform alongside Dana’s company at DancerPalooza in Long Beach, California.

Jillian has performed works by Olivia Cippola and Justin Prescott for Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS fundraising events at the Manhattan Center. She workshopped choreography for a Broadway show and danced in multiple flash mobs in New York City. Under the direction of fellow Sadie, Sandra Dee, Jillian performed for county artist Jessica Lynn at the historical Colonial Theater. She is very excited to join the Sadies and continue to perform!

When she is not on the dance floor, you can find her drinking matcha and hanging out with her dog. You may also find her at a pottery wheel where she will be making more mess than necessary.
