I’ve been looking for a larger kiln lately. I wasn’t sure what size until I stopped in Carolina Clay Connection today and spoke with Mike. After leaving, I looked in my usual places where I had seen none and there were now 2. Both used, but one stood out. It was clean, paint still shiny, no cracks, no dents, and one of the last remnants of an estate sale. At 1/10th the price of a new kiln, I consider it a gift. It now sits next to my other kiln and both are ready to use as soon as I finish a WiFi temperature controller I’m building. (Post about that coming soon!)

I am overwhelmed and blessed by your support. Over the last 24 hours since publishing this page, we are up to 95 likes and 97 follows! I honestly have no clue where that puts us on average fist day FB page response, and it doesn’t matter. I’m honored by your response.
As I was throwing yesterday, I posted a video. While trying to come up with a title and description, I had talked and messaged with a couple friends. Using a culmination of those conversations and my thoughts during throwing, I decided to use this page as an opportunity to give back through life thoughts, lessons, and challenges to help others learn and grow. Normally a page is used to push products and services and get people to purchase items. I’d rather you buy into making your life richer and fuller through becoming a better you. My plan is to continue to grow, learn, challenge myself, and become a better person each day for the rest of my life. If I can help others along the way, then I have sold them what matters. If I get to keep making pottery along the way to make sure the shelves stay stocked, then it’s an added bonus and honor to keep doing what I love.
