Been seeing a lot of Museum Mile shirts around lately. Coincidence? Or do people know we're working on trying to bring it back? Hmm....

This kind of makes me sad and happy at the same time.http://bringbackthemile.com/news/detail/magnificent_mile_recap

Alas, it does not appear the Museum Mile will take place in 2013. The City will not approve the road closure based on previous years' participation numbers. I was hoping to find another event to pair up with but have not had any success. We hope to return next year. Thanks for all of the support!

So, apparently, you can only run on a completely closed Tryon Street during the DNC and the Museum Mile. Such a great place to run. But in our race you don't have to dodge food tents and concert stages.
