It’s finally here, Summerfair weekend. It amazes me that so many have sent me photos of my billboard artwork from all over the Cincinnati area……thank you all! Also want to thank Jason from Highgrain Brewery for putting my poster on his limited edition cans of Light Lager for Summerfair 2026. On Saturday May 30th I’ll be signing posters at a booth and to the side of that area will be this artwork I painted of the back of the truck from my poster. Stop by and see me at Summerfair this coming Saturday. I’ll post a time I’ll be there when i find out this week.

Kentucky Derby is upon us once again. This is last year’s winner Sovereignty who I absolutely loved. This year there are so many “parking lot” horses (those coming from way off the pace), that I’m going back and forth on who to bet this year. Right now I’m thinking Golden Tempo, Wonder Dean and Potente have a great chance at a great price. Who you got?

I can finally reveal my poster design for Summerfair 2026. Jane Utter from Summerfair and I did interviews this morning on Fox 19 and WCPO 9 showing the poster as well as talking about this year’s show at Coney Island. Tonight there is Poster Premiere Party at Highgrain Brewery Brentwood from 6:00-8:00 where I’ll be signing posters for whoever buys one. Hope to see you there.

Fun Art Christmas: Buffalo
Decided to paint a Big Buffalo for fun. After traveling thru South Dakota and Wyoming over a year ago my wife and I got to see some of these majestic animals up close. They are amazing to see in person.
