At R.B. Ravens Gallery we specialize in pre-1930s Navajo textiles, historic Pueblo Pottery, Hopi Kachinas and American Indian painting, as well as contemporary art by America’s finest artists.

Ray Trotter, owner of R.B. Ravens, is one of the foremost authorities in the nation on pre-1930s Navajo and Pueblo textiles. Ray's interest in American Indian art began when he bought, sold and traded Navajo saddle blankets when he was a young boy. He was as fascinated by the sense of history as he was by the colors and patterns. Over the years he has turned that fascination into R.B. Ravens Gallery, possible the premier gallery of its type in the country. Ray has worked with some of the nation's leading anthropologists, museum curators, and lecturers in the field, and today is considered by his peers to be one of the foremost authorities on the subject.
