All $$ raised is donated to a featured local charity. Urban Scene is made up of a group of Realtors focused on bringing the vibrant local art scene into the luxury real estate market. We host pop-up art galleries inside a new luxury listing every quarter. Each room features a different local artist and all art is for sale. Proceeds from art sales benefit a local charity. eature up & coming local businesses like local breweries, restaurants, bakeries, florists, etc... It all comes together to be a great evening for networking with your neighbors and meeting new friends.

What is Urban Scene?

Urban Scene is a pop-up art gallery created by Landon & Thani Burke with Compass Real Estate. Each event is held on a Tuesday from 6-9pm inside a beautiful new construction luxury listing. Each room of the home is taken over by a local artist and turned into their own gallery space. The kitchen becomes the serving station for a local chef (small bites) and the back porch always features a new local brewmaster serving tastings of their new craft beer creations. It all comes together to make the perfect socialite event that advertises the home & builder, promotes the artists & the sponsoring local businesses, and helps to encourage and strengthen Dallas culture.

All featured artists stay in their gallery space to meet guests and explain their passions. All art pieces are original. We have so much talent in Dallas! It’s so amazing and impressive! The artists handle their own pricing and sales. Each artist agrees to donate 30% of their sales to the featured local charity for that event. Also, 100% of the $10 entry fees goes directly to the charity. The food & drink tastings are always complimentary (thanks to our loyal and wonderful sponsors).
