DeTour Passage Historical Museum

As of today, September 26, 2026 our Museum is closed for the season. A special thanks to all our volunteers who worked regular shift, substituted when needed, helped with special events and maintenance and serve on our Board of Directors. Also thank you to those who supported us financially and with material donations. We’ve not included names because the list is long and we wouldn’t want to forget anyone. Finally thank you who support us by simply being interested and visiting.
Although the Museum is closed we do have one more event coming up. Our Pancake Breakfast with Santa during Village Christmas will be December 5th this year. Hope to see everyone then.

Detour Highschool class of 1940.

On Friday Sept 11 regular seasonal Museum hours will be coming to an end. We will continue open hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday as volunteer availability allows.
Thank you everyone for your support through the 2026 regular season. See you in December for Breakfast With Santa.

Another W**e and Cheese is in the books and this is to thank everyone who volunteered their time and effort to make it a success. Also to the businesses who donated food and supplies so generously. I’m not listing names because I would be sure to miss someone and I don’t want to leave anyone out. You all know who you are.
Finally thank you to everyone who came out to spend I little time enjoying each others company and our Museum. We may not have a lot of space but we do our best to share the history of DeTour Village.
