Photographic Artists’ Coalition, also known as PAC, is composed of TWU students who seek to create a network of individuals interested in photography. PAC is dedicated to fostering leadership skills by offering scholarships, encouraging attendance at workshops, portfolio reviews, and hosting photography lectures here on campus. In addition, PAC is actively involved in empowering students to exhibi

As a group they have conducted community service projects related to photography and have planned yearly fund raising activities. A selection of past activities include exhibitions of members work at Photographic Archives in Dallas, the Handley-Hicks Gallery in Fort Worth and the Greater Denton Arts Council in Denton. They have sponsored a photography exhibit by metroplex high school students held in the TWU Fine Arts Gallery; organized a photography series of hands-on projects with the children that live on the TWU campus in Huffard Hall, and ttaught a yearly workshop for the TWU High School Art day. Some of the yearly activities include organizing and facilitating the Joyce Elaine Grant National Photography Exhibition, teaching workshops for the TWU High School Art day and attending the National Society for Photographic Education Conference, Portland, and organizing an exhibition of members work.
