This is a request for aid.

My son and grandson are staying with 5 because of a house fire where his ex was staying. (Nobody was hurt but everyone is displaced.) They are doing two 45 min a day to and from school during work hours with gas @ $3.75. My home is crowded and cluttered and this is amplifying stressors for all of us.

I have been juggling money since I moved out of my ex's in 2019. I left work January of last year and spent most of the year in bed or at therapy. I started working part time to🤞🏻 catch up on rent before our lease ends in May.

I dropped a ball in August and with help from some dear friends and a Veterans assistance agency kept going. I dropped another ball in December and at this point am nearly a month behind on rent. My car isn't registered, its AC needs repair, also trying to sell it), my pets are not vaccinated, I'm filing bankruptcy for my credit cards and surgery bills, and I have 0.0 energy for creative endeavors or sales.

I am privileged to have medical and mental health care and SNAP benefits based on my Veteran status.

This skein was gifted to me, I know they got another thrift store. Reclaimed yarn is sometimes in tough condition. This one is super soft but she's old enough to have a grandbaby.
