✨ Grant Award Announcement ✨

We are incredibly grateful to share some exciting news for the Elgin Museum & Historical Society!

Thanks to the generous support of two incredible foundations, the museum has received funding to improve and upgrade our restroom facilities. Making the space more accessible and welcoming for everyone in our community.

• $14,038 awarded by the Fred W. Fields Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation
• $5,000 awarded by the Roundhouse Foundation

These funds will be used to upgrade and remodel the museum’s bathrooms to meet ADA compliance and add changing options, helping us better serve visitors of all ages. As the museum continues to host presentations, workshops, community events, and sold-out gatherings like our Dinner with Charles Dickens, these improvements ensure a more comfortable experience for all.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to both the Fred W. Fields Fund of Oregon Community Foundation and the Roundhouse Foundation for investing in the future of the Elgin Museum and helping us continue to grow as a true community asset.
