In celebration of the 175th Anniversary of the Grand Lodge of Oregon, the Robert M. Richmond Memorial Library and Museum is proud to announce the upcoming exhibition: Masonic Aprons.
Opening to the public on **September 1, 2026**, this exhibition offers a rare glimpse into the artistry and symbolism of early Freemasonry. The collection features exquisite examples of hand-painted and embroidered aprons dating back to the 1700s, highlighting the evolution of Masonic Aprons.
"These aprons are more than just regalia; they are woven records of our history," says the museum's curatorial team. "By displaying these artifacts together for the first time, we are honoring the legacy of the Grand Lodge of Oregon and the generations of craftsmen who have contributed to the cultural landscape of the Pacific Northwest."
