✨ Twenty years of Euchre. One unforgettable week on the Caribbean. 🃏🌊

Twenty years of showing up around the same table, month after month to play Euchre, a classic card game that has a way of turning strangers into lifelong friends. For year twenty, I wanted to give them a table worth traveling to….on the most beautiful ship in the Caribbean.
And the Celebrity Beyond? She did not disappoint. Impeccable service, breathtaking spaces, and the kind of pampering that makes sea days feel like a reward all on their own. The ship alone was worth the trip.

Then came the adventures:

🌊 BVI - A private catamaran, turquoise water, and nowhere to be but right there.

His words stopped me.
Not in a scrolling way….in a genuine, felt-it-in-my-chest way! ✨
This moved me deeper than expected, so I felt compelled to share his words!

I often get told….”Africa is so far away and why anyone would fly all the way to Africa just to see animals.”
And honestly, when that is said to me I don’t even know where to start.
Because it’s not only about the amazing animals. It is also about standing somewhere and feeling, in your bones, that you belong there….even if you’ve never set foot on that continent in your life. Science tells us human life began in Africa. Which means no matter where you were born, what language you speak, or what your story looks like… Africa is part of it. It’s our original chapter.

I’ve watched people step off the vehicle in East Africa and just stop. Not because a lion walked by. Because something clicked. Something quiet and enormous at the same time.
There is nowhere else on earth that does that.
Not the Eiffel Tower.
Not the Great Wall.
Nowhere.

We are putting together a very small, carefully curated group trip to Kenya and Tanzania in May 2027, and I want the people who will also feel it their bones around that campfire with me.
