Fresh reviews with lots of love! Reading reviews is the best way to buy anything online, but especially when deciding on a place to spend your well-deserved vacation time. Thankful for all of the kind things our guests have to say about the Little Franklin House!

Fresh new Tennessee state flag FTW!! We are ready for Spring though…the Little Franklin House needs a big bucket of flowers on the stoop and some green leaves in the trees! All the color please!

Resolutions!…spend more time sharing all the goodness of the Little Franklin House and our cute little downtown
— This year, we celebrated the holidays with an amazing dinner from and good friends at Deann’s art gallery on Main Street! She has a fabulous loft upstairs (available to rent and right around the corner from the house y’all!!)
