The power of play is real.🧱
Incredibly thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Hunt ISD + Verlene Wallace, Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce, and KERR Together to get these Brick Boxes to the kiddos. We continue to pray for all those impacted by the flood and for the recovery of Cile Steward.
These adorable young men from Lego Looks by Beck dropped off Lego bricks to the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce for kiddo's in our community.
They have been communicating with us to coordinate delivery of over 125 custom “Brick Boxes by Beck” – Boxes included: Lego glasses, Lego Creator Set, Lego Masters Pen, Lego Masters Reusable Bag, Lego Masters Key Chain, Lego Mini-Figure, Travel Colored Pencils & Sketch Boot, Note from Lego Looks, Lego Looks Sticker.
"At Lego Looks, we don’t have deep pockets, but we do have lots of bricks — and we believe in the power of play. For children who have lost so much, sometimes having something that’s just yours can bring a little comfort, a spark of creativity, and maybe even the first step toward healing." said Sarah L., mom of Beck, R.B. & Leroy (seen in this photo)
Sarah said they received Legos via their Amazon Wish List from locations in Texas, Arizona, Illinois
and as far away as Germany! Thank you so much to Lego Looks by Beck for bringing joy to kiddo's in our community!!
