The heat was on, and Team Forks of Fury delivered! 🏆🔥

Huge congratulations to Shane Poyer and Maddie Trosper, led by Executive Chef of Morris Inn and Mckenna Hall, Calvin Metts, on winning the 2026 Irish Chef Competition. They dominated this intense, "Iron Chef"-style culinary battle to claim the championship title.

Next stop? The coveted Irish Chef Belt and an expense-paid, 3-day Culinary Mystery Tour to a secret destination, courtesy of Gordon Food Service.

We are still looking back at our spectacular wine dinner featuring Chateau Belle-Vue Winery, hosted by Notre Dame alumni Jill & Naji Boutros. Every pour was absolute perfection, paired beautifully with exquisite culinary creations compliments of Three Leaf catering.

Due to the high probability of heavy rain and lightning tomorrow morning, the 2026 Graduate School Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 16 has moved to the Compton Family Ice Arena.

Academic regalia is required for all procession and ceremony participants. Arrival, line-up, and procession times remain the same.

This does not affect the University Commencement Ceremony scheduled in Notre Dame Stadium on Sunday, May 17.
