My all time favorite and seems like a fan favorite is this Bamboo shaker. Bamboo shakers offer gentle sound healing through natural rhythm grounding the body, calming the mind, and cleansing stagnant energy. Reminds me and feels like as if im under a tree..so beautiful and emotional.

This friday im hosting "Vision Set in Stone" a vision board bracelet workshop. Where you will also experience a short sound healing session. 🤍
