Palate: Extremely rich, buttery, and well-balanced, showing the signature smooth texture of a triple-distilled Irish wh***ey.
Finish: Smooth, warm, and quite rich.
Bushmills 1608 Special Reserve is a highly sought-after, discontinued 12-year-old blended Irish wh***ey originally released in October 1992 for the duty-free and travel retail market. It holds a unique place in the history of the Old Bushmills Distillery, which features the year 1608 prominently on its labels to commemorate the original royal license granted to distil wh***ey in the region.
