Why did I decide to pause after five years of developing COVEDOZA?

Sometimes, achieving growth requires us to pause and reflect on our progress.

For five years, I transformed COVEDOZA into a celebrated brand, featured in USA Today, Entreprenista, Stylecaster, VoyageATL, Gwinnett Magazine, among others, while receiving awards for its commitment to honoring BIPOC creativity and entrepreneurship through product collaborations. Yet, in the shadows, I faced challenges in sustaining consistent growth.

It became clear to me that my goal wasn't just to sell products; instead, it was to provide memorable experiences and inspire bold moves. I also wanted to create a lasting legacy rooted in leadership. So, I chose to take a step back, not out of fear, but from a place of love.

Love for my fellow Latina leaders. Love for our heritage. And love for the future we are shaping together.
