Our Story
Elisa, of AlmondTree PaperWorks, lives and works in her home studio, in Lipan, Texas. A transplant from New York State Elisa finds the ranch life of Lipan a real inspiration, her muse. Elisa studied art all through school; her junior high school teacher was a significant influence and urged Elisa to go all the way with her education in art. So, she did, all through high school and college. Elisa then went on to work in marketing and advertising at BBD&O, the “Most Awarded Agency Network in the World,” headquartered in New York City. After that, she spent 16 years in Fine Art publishing working with museums, galleries, artists and artists’ estates all over the world to reproduce their art with its original integrity. Now Elisa’s goal is to create 3-dimensional art with the found object; mainly paper. She believes in being green and creating the smallest carbon footprint possible and making the world more beautiful with decorative 3-dimensional artwork, one piece at a time.
