Report: All Reusable Bags are NOT Alike

The attached article and report provides further evidence that the use of reusable bags may have unintended consequences. Reusable bags are helpful to reducing the amount of resources we consume and can reduce potential litter, but health concerns associated with typical reusable bags may become a bigger concern. The unintended consequences of becoming ill from soiled reusable bags is real which is why True Reusable Bags are a better option for cleaning up the environment without increasing the risk of becoming ill. True Reusable Bags do not harbor harmful bacteria like the non-woven polypropylene bags and can be more easily disinfected with a sponge and warm water or disinfectant solution. The truth is consumers are busy and taking the time to remember to machine wash reusable bags or scrub them is not practical, not to mention wastes more resources. Due to their construction they are bulky and often stored in the trunk of the car where warm temperatures cause bacteria to bloom.

True Reusable Bags are made from recycled plastic in the USA, are far less expensive than imported reusable bags, more convenient to store, carry, and remember to bring to the store - plus they are more sanitary.
