Emily Marchand’s second solo exhibition with OCHI turns inward while remaining rooted in the ecosystems that have long shaped her practice. Drawing from formative memories along the intersection of the Sacramento and American Rivers, Marchand revisits the natural landscapes of her youth as sites where joy, loss, and emotional awareness first intertwined.

Emily Marchand | River to River is on view at OCHI Idaho through July 3.

Hannah Tishkoff’s P.E.O.P.L.E. explores “how language can function like a system that promises clarity but instead produces something more open, where meaning is performed rather than fixed.” Each letter is treated as its own painting before being combined into a larger structure, retaining traces of its earlier modular form while holding together as a collective whole.

This is the final week to see Hannah Tishkoff: Beginning of a Poem at OCHI Los Angeles. See complete works in the link in bio.

Rives Granade’s is featured in the May issue of Architectural Digest. The project was a collaboration between Granade and NY based architecture firm, . Granade’s painting “Windblock Mural” anchors the first floor spaces.

“On the wall hangs a mural by Rives, an abstracted map of wind and terrain interwoven with coyotes, quail, and drawings by their daughters of the property’s cacti, swing set, and firepit—all iconography he calls ‘the mythology of the place.’” — Nick Malfi for Architectural Digest

Hannah Tishkoff’s pH Scale for a Life (Age 0–29) (2026) presents a measurement system applied to something that resists measurement. This work functions as a personalized pH scale where each age holds its own color relationships, marking key events through shifting tones and symbols. Borrowing from the uneven logic of a logarithmic scale, it reflects how lived experience expands and compresses rather than unfolding linearly. These color combinations recur across other paintings, carrying emotional and temporal states between works and forming an intuitive, self-generated color theory shaped through memory and lived experience: a kind of personal science.

OCHI and Management are pleased to announce co-representation of Providence-based artist Africanus Okokon.

OCHI and Africanus Okokon began collaborating in 2026 with Translator’s Note, a solo presentation of moving images in Los Angeles. OCHI subsequently presented Okokon’s work in a solo booth at Frieze Los Angeles 2026, where he debuted new hybrid paintings alongside a two-channel video installation.

Management will begin collaborating with Okokon in 2027 with a solo presentation at an art fair in the United States, followed by a solo exhibition at the gallery in 2028.

“How could you paint life? It starts as a kind of funny, impossible question. The work reduces things down to a line and a circle, which feel like the most basic forms in art and in life. The line of dots and circles reads as something ancient and cyclical, like a womb form or a repeating life pattern, but also as a timeline moving across the surface.” —Hannah Tishkoff
