Our Story

MAMACA〇 Studio Dedicated to entertainer/artist, Sophia Lin. (djsophia.com) Inspired by Macau, Brasil and the people of Chinatown LA. The name Mamaca0 [momma-sãl] is the chosen nickname given to Sophia Lin by CĦS. Mamaca0 name & studio was created by proficient Chief C. H. Suypreme (CĦS) in adherence to honor Ms. Lin personally, and for his indigenous tribe to celebrate her life historically. In the Suypreme tribal language, Mamaca0 means “god-parent to the ocean dragon“ or “goddess, mother of the mystic sea eques”. The number zero in Mamaca0 means ‘cipher’ in Chinese, and traditionally quoted in Suypreme folklore beliefs as a time portal that she administers, it‘s also referred to as the importance mirror bond between SL & CĦS. CĦS is known as the ‘Gōrudo Oceanus Dræɡən’ throughout Southern Asian & the Caribbean for his artistic creations, sportsmanship fyre, innovative leadership, time-travel and the mysterious things he does for famous faces & businesses via public relations. Another reason for the sea/ocean references in Mamaca0 is based off the Suypreme people lifestyle as fishermen/islanders; hence the nickname ’ocean indiens’ due to our homeland being Cuba Isle.
