Louisville-Nimishillen Historical Society Our mission is to collect, preserve, share and educate the public about the history and heritage of Nimishillen Township & Louisville, Ohio.

The Louisville-Nimishillen Historical Society (LNHS) was founded May 1, 2010 and is the youngest historical society in Stark County. Our mission is to collect, preserve and share the history and heritage of Nimishillen Township and Louisville Ohio, and to educate and inform the area residents those others who have an interest. The Society strives to collect and protect written and published materi

als, photographs and any other media, be it audio or video, that is of historical or cultural value or significance, past and present. The Society presents monthly educational programs of interest to its membership with an open invitation for everyone to attend these free events.
