Haven’t put any paint down in a bit. Definitely been needing to! I’ve just been out here winging it the last few years with the painting! Which I’ve absolutely loved! As just a lover and student of art and all types of expression from sculpture to poetry and music, I think there are just some things you’re supposed to do at some point and probably every few years as a scale of skill level and self reflection. With that said. I’m pretty sure as a “painter” I’m supposed to do a self portrait every few years. I haven’t yet. So I figured I’d catch up by trying to knock out 2 complimentary self portraits together. I feel pretty good about my start and was just excited to share with anyone looking!!
