Despite feeling a little strange for receiving this award as part of my work with Muncie OUTreach, I still want to publicly thank them for the recognition and opportunity to work together. They were Tania Said Consulting’s first client, and we continue to work together to transition them to the next stage of organizational effectiveness. The executive director and board partner tirelessly to serve the LGBTQ+ youth of our community, which has made it an honor and a privilege to work alongside them. I am immensely grateful for everything they do and the support they have in our community. Give them a follow and see the outstanding work they do too.
