Tiny Acts is a group exhibition on view thorough January 3rd at G-Town Arts in Georgetown, Connecticut (near Redding):

“Tiny Acts gathers artists whose practices affirm that meaning is often found in the smallest gestures. Each work, though modest in scale, embodies a kind of devotion—an attention to surface, texture, and material that transforms the ordinary into the quietly transcendent. In these works, touch becomes language, process becomes presence.

Within the intimate frame of each piece, time slows. Brushstrokes accumulate like breaths; fibers twist and hold memory; clay retains the trace of a hand. Together, these subtle actions form a collective meditation on care and perception.

At a cultural moment defined by speed and excess, Tiny Acts insists on the opposite: that smallness can be radical, that restraint can be expansive, and that to truly see requires stillness. These works are not diminutive—they are distilled. They speak in a whisper that carries.”
