A visionary real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience, David opened and managed the first Manhattan-based brokerage office in Long Island City in 2007. He currently handles the rental and sales of co-ops, condos, new developments and lofts in downtown Manhattan, as well as the emerging markets of the Brooklyn and Queens waterfronts. Because he's a dedicated, hardworking representative for his clients, he enjoys a proven track record of successful results, and continued client loyalty. Originally from Northern Virginia, David earned a Masters degree in Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, with an undergraduate degree in Spanish having studied in Paraguay and Spain. His previous career curtaining exhibitions for museums and art galleries makes it easy for him to identify and convey the subtle beauty of the city's diversely unique homes. David currently lives in townhouse from 1891 on historically landmarked block. In spare time, he is also a musician who plays various stringed instruments in several music traditions such as Bluegrass, Early Jazz and Texas Swing. David is also on the board of directors of Terreform ONE (Open Network Ecology), the official non-profit design group that promotes green design in cities.
