Afrofuturefest Afrofuturefest is a group of African American comic book artists, animators, filmmakers and writers that come together annually at New York Comic Con.

Founded by Tim fielder of Diesel Funk Studios AFROFUTUREFEST is making it’s debut at New York Comic Con 2015, Oct.8-11, 2015. A group of African-American Artists, Gamers, Filmmakers, Animators and Writers will be coming together on the MAIN FLOOR of the Jacob Javitz Center to showcase their work, meet fans, conduct interviews and celebrate all of those who love fantasy, sci-fi, horror, superheroes and pop culture.
