WALK OF LIFE: MY STORY AND I'M STICKING TO IT

Every life has a story worth telling. Join Tashia for a special hands-on workshop inviting participants to reflect on their personal journeys, celebrate their experiences, and explore creative ways to tell their stories.

While everyone is welcome to vibe with us on Wednesdays, only ten participant spaces are available for this special workshop to be sure to RSVP on our website if you would like to join!

And while you're here... The gallery installation accompanying The Becoming, presented earlier this month as part of ArtPhilly, has been extended! Visitors to The Vibrary will have another opportunity to experience the exhibition before it comes off the walls.

Join our friends for Helpful Hints for Strength and Health for Busy People

Created by Rhonda Moore and Ben Grinberg, Busy People brings BIPOC elders and younger artists together to explore personal ideas of strength and health through movement, storytelling, and shared experiences. The project will culminate in a full-length dance performance featuring 10 original intergenerational duets, co-created by BIPOC elders and members of Philadelphia’s independent performance community.

Join them for a workshop!

These welcoming, standalone workshops are open to everyone, regardless of age, background, or experience with movement.

Interested in performing?

Busy People will bring together 10 BIPOC elders, each collaborating with a younger artist to create an original duet exploring strength, health, and connection across generations. Performers selected for the project will receive a $1,350 honorarium plus a $200 travel stipend. No prior performance experience is required.
